the person above you has just made a wish, say he wished "I wish for a big cookie!"
you have to grant it, but you have to make it terrible or sad or something like "wish granted, but it is so big it tips over on you and you die." or " wish granted, but it is poisoned and you die." But the person doesn't have to die.

First wish! "I wish I could fly!"

granted, but you have to pay with your sexuality sooo you become gay
